I stayed here for work along with my assistance dog for 3 nights in June 2024. The hotel is in a beautiful location directly opposite the beach. Perfect if you enjoy cold water swimming or walking along the promenade. The hotel staff were wonderful and welcoming to me and my assistance dog who loved it! The hotel is right beside a lovely 'Circle of Life' park and is situated on well-maintained grounds with a coffee outlet/van in the grounds with tasty treats. I couldn't ask for a better stay and will be back.

As someone that regularly travels for work and stays in hotels all around the country, Galway Bay is definitely one of the best. The cleanliness, the friendly staff, the location, the breakfast, everything is superb. On my previous stay I got a complimentary upgrade and the room was obviously fabulous, this time I got a regular room and to be honest it was equally good, clean and comfortable... Will definitely see you again soon and keep recommending you to everyone I know visiting Galway.
