For large conferences and banquets, the Lettermore Suite provides the perfect backdrop. Centred in the middle of our conference centre, it’s the ideal space for large plenary meetings, exhibitions and banquet dinners being easily accessible from all other meetings spaces on this level. It has direct access to our lower conservatory which is the perfect space for refreshment breaks, poster board displays or exhibition stands.

A multi-functional room that can seat up to 250 delegates theatre style for a meeting and up to 300 people for a banquet. Located adjacent to the Lettermore Suite, these rooms are very popular for large conferences where both a plenary room and exhibition space is needed. It also features built-in AV equipment, a dancefloor and a private bar, making it ideal for events such as gala’s, company parties, retirement dinners, and more.

The recently refurbished Inishturk Suite is the largest of our syndicate meeting rooms and can accommodate up to 32 delegates classroom style. It’s most commonly used for training seminars, large board meetings, and as a break out room for conferences.

The Inishmaan Suite is perfect for smaller meetings and is most commonly used for training seminar’s, board meetings, presentations, and as a break out room for larger conferences. This suite features natural daylight with views of our garden, a drop down screen and projector.

The Inisheer Suite is perfect for smaller meetings and can cater for up to 35 people theatre style. It is most commonly used for interviews, board meetings, assessments and as a break out room. This suite features natural daylight with views of our garden, a drop down screen and projector.

The Inishmore Suite is our board room which can seat up to 12 people. It is often used as a committee room or for executive meetings during larger conferences. It features comfortable leather chairs, natural daylight and is equipped with a drop-down screen for presentations and a projector.

Located off the hotel’s main lobby, the Library is a beautiful multi-functional space that is most often used for interviews, small meetings, as an office space for conference organisers. It offers natural daylight, comfortable furnishings and privacy due to its location being away from the main public areas of the hotel.
